Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. shrimp
1 bell pepper
1 onion
2 stalks celery
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. rice
Preparation

Put shrimp in hot fat and turn until pink.
Remove and brown diced celery, pepper and onion. Put shrimp back in.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and pepper.
Simmer 30 minutes or until ready to serve, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice.
