Pizza Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced
    1/4 tsp. oregano and parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Skin, slice and boil potatoes.
    Drain and cool a few minutes. Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Put potatoes into lightly greased glass baking dish.
