Stuffed Cabbage Leaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    1 lb. hamburger (seasoned as you like)
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 medium to large onions
    1 bunch celery
    3 large carrots
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 squirt lemon juice
    3 to 4 shakes Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    tomato sauce (1 or 2 small cans)
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Heat diced celery, onions and carrots in frying pan for a few minutes (keep crispy).
    Put in blender and pulse until finely chopped.
    Pour in pan and add brown sugar, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and ginger.
    Cook until sugar melts (set aside).
