Fancy Meat Loaf Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder and salt.
    Mix well.
    On wax paper, pat meat mixture into a 12 x 8-inch rectangle.
    Combine the spices and sprinkle over meat. Sprinkle onion, cheese and mushrooms over meat.
    Roll up like a jelly roll.
    Pour tomato sauce over roll and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
