Kraut Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced onion
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, drained and chopped (1/4 c.)
Preparation

Heat sugar and vinegar until sugar is dissolved; cool. Combine undrained sauerkraut, celery, green pepper, onion and pimiento; combine with vinegar mixture.
Chill.
Serves 4 cups.
