Saucy Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. honey
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 tsp. ginger
    4 lb. ribs
Preparation
    In a large baking dish, combine all ingredients except the ribs.
    Add ribs and cover and marinate in the refrigerator, turning occasionally at least 3 hours.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Remove ribs and reserve marinade.
    Place ribs on a rack in foil-lined pan.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours, turning and basting until done.
