One Pan Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 chicken breasts, skinned
    4 small new red potatoes
    1 lb. whole fresh green beans, stemmed
    1 large carrot, sliced
    3 green onions, chopped (stem and all)
    6 large leaves cabbage
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    Best O' Butter McCormick or 1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Pour water in roasting pan with rack.
    Place chicken in center of rack.
    Place the first 4 vegetables around chicken.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and butter or dot with margarine (saving enough to top cabbage).
    Place cabbage leaves over the top of meat and vegetables.
    Sprinkle with butter or dot with remaining margarine. Put lid on pan; cook on medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
