Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon
4 - 15 oz cans whole kernel corn or 2 qts. corn
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
In a large frying pan, fry bacon until crisp.
Put corn into hot grease.
Stir corn, do not let it burn.
Fry on medium. Crumble bacon into corn.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook about 45 minutes until grease has cooked out.
Serve hot.
