Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash
    1 medium onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. herb stuffing
    1 small jar pimientos
    4 small grated carrots
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook squash in salted water; drain and mash.
    Add remaining ingredients except margarine holding back stuffing.
    Line 2-quart casserole with half of stuffing that has been mixed with 1 stick melted margarine.
    Fill with squash mixture and then sprinkle remaining 1/2 of stuffing on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
