Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. pineapple juice
2 egg whites (beaten)
Preparation

Freeze first 3 ingredients to mushy 1/2 to 1 hour.
Add pineapple juice and freeze to mushy 1/2 hour.
Fold in egg whites and refreeze.
