Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes
    1 pt. milk
    2 tsp. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    a little celery salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until soft; drain.
    Add milk and onion.
    Add hot liquid.
    Make white sauce.
    Cook five minutes.
    Add parsley just before serving.
