Creamy Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

1 baked 9-inch pie crust
3 eggs, separated
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In mixing bowl, beat egg yolks; add milk and lemon juice.
Pour into crust.
In mixer bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar to soft peaks.
Gradually add sugar; beat until stiff.
Spread on pie; seal to edge.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool. Chill.
