Baked Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    6 to 8 slices white bread
    1 lb. ham, Spam or bacon, fried and crumbled
    3/4 to 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    chopped green onions and green or red peppers (optional)
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with the bread slices (crusts removed). Butter bottom sides of bread.
    Cover bread with the cheese and meat.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard together; pour over top.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
