Make Ahead Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, trim crusts
    1 lb. sausage, cook, drain and crumble
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    5 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. half and half cream
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place 4 slices of bread in casserole dish.
    Mix sausage and mustard.
    Spread over bread.
    Sprinkle 1/2 grated cheese.
    Top with other 4 slices of bread, then cheese.
    Mix eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Beat slightly and pour over casserole.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until fluffy and brown.
