Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. sugar
    3 to 4 apples, cored and chopped
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine oil, eggs and sugar.
    Add apples and pecans.
    Add flour and soda; stir well.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into three waxed paper lined cake pans.
    Place in cold oven.
    Set temperature at 325\u00b0.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
