Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick margarine
    7 oz. can coconut
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
