Farmhouse Barbecue Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Separate biscuits. Flatten into 5-inch circles.
    Place each in muffin tin and flatten to make cup. Set aside.
    Brown beef and drain.
