Rocky Road Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 2/3 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. tiny marshmallows
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Line an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan with foil.
    Set pan aside. In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
    Mix well with a wooden spoon and set aside.
    In a small saucepan, mix margarine or butter and milk.
    Put pan on burner.
    Turn to low. Heat and stir until margarine melts.
    Turn off burner; take pan off burner.
    Pour melted margarine or butter mixture over powdered sugar mixture.
    Stir with the wooden spoon until smooth.
    Add marshmallows, nuts and vanilla; stir well.
    Pour into foil-lined pan.
    Spread evenly with a rubber scraper.
    Chill until firm.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 36 pieces.
