Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
vegetable cooking spray
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
1/2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. frozen egg substitute, thawed
1 1/2 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
1 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie sauce
Preparation

Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar into a small heavy skillet.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until sugar melts and turns light brown.
Pour caramel syrup into a 8-inch round cake pan coated with cooking spray, tilting pan to coat evenly.
Set aside (caramel syrup will harden).
