Quick Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour *
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. cherry juice
    1/2 c. light raisins
    1/2 c. dark raisins
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar; add cherry juice, vanilla and flour and beat on low.
    *Save 1/2 cup flour to roll all fruit and nuts, except coconut.
    Fold together.
    Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
