Cream Sauce For Pasta Recipes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. low calorie margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 or 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat and melt margarine at low heat.
    Stir in flour until smooth.
    Gradually add chicken broth and simmer until thick.
    Add milk gradually.
    Add cheese and season to taste.
