Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. popped corn (light salt)
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    2 sticks oleo
    1/2 tsp. soda
    dash of salt
    pinch of cream of tartar
Preparation
    Mix sugar, syrup and oleo.
    Boil 5 minutes, no longer.
    Remove from heat.
    Add soda, cream of tartar and salt.
    Pour over corn and mix quickly.
    Bake, uncovered, at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    If using butter, bake at 150\u00b0.
