Heidi'S Tart Garlic Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. hot sauce
    1/2 to 3/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 to 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. dry vermouth
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    5 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt to taste
    3/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 10 minutes. Store in refrigerator. Use with steak or poultry. Makes about 4 cups.
