Potato Latkes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated raw potatoes, measure after draining
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour or Matso meal
    1 small onion
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
    Peel or scrub potatoes and cut into long strips about 1/2-inch wide.
    Dry strips thoroughly on paper towels.
    Toss in a bowl with oil as if making a salad.
