Walnut-Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add egg and juice; beat well.
    Add 1/3 cup flour mixture and beat until smooth.
    Mix in rest of flour and pineapple.
    Stir in raisins and walnuts.
    Pour into 9 x 5-inch baking pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
