Chicken Catrizinni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. chicken
16 oz. spaghetti
2 small onions
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1 small can mushroom pieces
1 lb. American process cheese
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Cut chicken breasts into pieces and cook.
Break spaghetti into pieces and cook.
Cut cheese into cubes.
Saute onions and pepper in butter; add broth, soup and mushrooms.
Stir; then add cheese and stir over a low heat until cheese is mostly melted. Add chicken and spaghetti.
Mix well.
Pour into large Pyrex dish. Heat for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
This freezes well.
This recipe will serve 12 people.
