Bruschetta(Toasted Bread With Tomatoes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. tomatoes, diced (fresh)
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 pinch of hot pepper, crushed
    fresh basil to taste
    salt to taste
    2 slices Italian bread per person
Preparation
    Put diced tomatoes into a bowl with olive oil, garlic, hot pepper, basil and salt.
    Mix well. Slice bread 1/2-inch thick and toast both sides.
    Remove from toaster and place on serving tray. Place an equal portion of the tomato mixture on each slice.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4 to 6.
