Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash browns
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 can French fried onions
    1/2 c. milk
    hash browns
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 of onions and 1/2 Cheddar cheese with all other ingredients.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and put the remaining onions and cheese on top, then bake for 15 minutes.
