Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 medium sweet potatoes
2 sticks butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Cook potatoes, peel and put in mixer bowl.
Add all of the ingredients except marshmallows and mix well.
Put mixture into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0for 20 minutes.
Top with miniature marshmallows.
