Teriyaki Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 lb. chicken wings with tips removed
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 medium clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Make marinade by combining all ingredients (except chicken) in a medium bowl.
    Place chicken in a 9 x 14-inch baking dish.
    Pour marinade over the wings; cover and put in refrigerator for at least 6 hours, turning occasionally.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Arrange wings on wire rack in shallow roasting pan.
    Bake 40 minutes, marinating twice and turning over once.
    Makes 3 dozen pieces.
