Pollo Con Crema E Funghi(Chicken With Cream And Mushrooms Perugia) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, deboned, deskinned and cut in half
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 cans undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 large bay leaves
    1 to 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    flour
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    6 to 8 fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Thoroughly wash and dry chicken pieces.
    Salt and pepper and roll in flour.
    Melt butter or margarine in skillet; brown each side of chicken.
    Arrange chicken in deep baking dish.
    In separate bowl, combine sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour over chicken.
    Press 2 bay leaves into mixture. Place sliced mushrooms on top.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve over rice or linguine pasta.
