Stuffed Sausage And Spinach Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can refrigerated pizza crust dough
1/2 c. pizza sauce
1/4 lb. browned and drained sausage
4 oz. can drained chopped mushrooms
1 c. chopped fresh spinach
1 c. shredded pizza blend cheese
Preparation

Roll pizza crust out to the edges of a well greased 9 by 13-inch baking dish.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough leaving a 1/2-inch border.
Sprinkle remaining ingredients over sauce. Roll up jelly roll style and place seam down to bake.
Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
Slice and serve.
