Oven Barbecued Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef round steak (top, bottom round, sirloin tip), 3/4-inch thick
    2 Tbsp. Puritan oil
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3/4 c. catsup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut the meat into small serving pieces.
    Heat oil in a large skillet and brown the meat over medium heat, 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer to an ungreased casserole.
    Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the meat.
    Cover and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven until tender, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
