Busy Day Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chuck, chopped
1 can (2 c.) red kidney beans
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Brown meat in large skillet.
Remove and drain fat.
Saute onion in skillet until golden.
Return meat to skillet.
Add beans, tomato soup and seasonings.
Stir, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Serve with rice and/or crackers.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
