Turkey-Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large sweet red peppers
4 large green peppers
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 large onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
2 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Halve peppers lengthwise; remove seeds. Blanch 5 minutes in a large pot of boiling water.
Drain, cut side down, on paper towels.
