Chocolate Layered Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    2 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O chocolate instant pudding
    8 oz. thawed whipped topping
    1 pkg. pound cake (Sara Lee), cut into small cubes
    1/2 c. chocolate syrup
    1 pkg. English toffee bits
Preparation
    Pour milk into large bowl.
    Add pudding mix and beat with whisk.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping.
