Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dried apricots
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, cut
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook apricots in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes in covered pan. Drain, save 1/4 cup liquid.
    In blender, combine apricots, liquid and sugar.
    Blend until smooth.
    Add the cream cheese, sour cream and nutmeg.
    Blend again.
    Spoon into bowl, cover and chill.
