Baked Onions With Sour Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Bermuda or Vidalia onions (3-inch)
1/4 c. butter (soft)
1/4 c. sour cream (room temperature)
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place the unpeeled onions in foil-lined shallow pan.
Bake, uncovered, 1 1/2 hours.
Warm a heat-proof shallow pan.
When onions are tender, remove from oven.
Spear with fork, snip off both ends and remove skin.
Place onion in warmed dish.
Add butter and sour cream until melted.
Then add the rest of the ingredients and toss lightly.
