2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 c. flour
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. cream-style corn
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 Tbsp. paprika (optional)
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Bake in a cast-iron skillet, if possible, at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
