Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or chuck
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. oregano, crushed
    2 cans tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion, garlic and oregano.
    Add soup, water, vinegar and salt.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    In a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish, arrange 3 alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Mozzarella.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
