Chicken Tepic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    3 potatoes
    2 zucchini squash
    2 tomatoes
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 ??? finely chopped lettuce
    1/2 tsp. dried ground oregano
    shortening
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook the zucchini squash and slice.
    Cook, peel, slice and fry the potatoes.
    Cook the chicken with 1/2 onion, salt and pepper. Remove and fry the chicken.
    Place the chicken in a serving dish. Place the fried potatoes around the plate.
    Put the lettuce and zucchini on top.
    Liquefy the tomatoes with the rest of the onion; strain and spread over the chicken.
    Spread the oregano, chili powder, salt and pepper over the chicken.
    Dash some oil and vinegar.
    Serve cold.
