Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, well drained pumpkin
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    cinnamon (to top)
Preparation
    Heat mixture, then add eggs last.
    Prepare favorite pie crust and pour in filling.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0, or until crust is brown.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
    Pie is done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Let cool.
    Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
