Peanut Butter Pie (Low-Fat And Sugar) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box instant fat-free, sugar-free vanilla pudding
    3 c. skim or fat-free milk
    1/4 c. fat-free sour cream
    3 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1 baked 9-inch crust (pastry or graham)
Preparation
    Whisk together milk and sour cream. Add pudding and mix well. Add the peanut butter, mixing until blended. Pour into crust. Chill at least 4 hours. Serves 6.
