Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 can refrigerator crescent rolls
    2 c. frozen hash browned potatoes, thawed
    1 c. grated cheddar cheese
    5 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain off excess fat.
    Separate rolls into rectangles and gently place into bottom and up sides of 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Spoon sausage into crust; sprinkle potatoes and cheddar cheese over sausage. Beat eggs; add milk and seasonings and pour over sausage mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
