Christmas Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Saute the sausage, drain all the grease and set aside. Beat the eggs, add milk, salt and mustard, stir. Layer the bread cubes on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Then layer the sausage, followed by cheese. Pour the egg mixture over the top, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
