Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 c. rice
    pinch of salt and pepper
    2 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 large cabbage
    water
Preparation
    Mix together ground meat,
    rice, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon butter and 1 cup
    lemon
    juice.
    Mix well.
    Boil cabbage in pot until soft.
    When cabbage
    is ready, take one leaf with rice mixture; roll up and put
    in
    bottom
    of
    pot.
    Place one roll on top of another.
    Put 1 to 2 cups of water in bottom of pot and rest of lemon juice
    and dab rest of butter on cabbage rolls. Cook until top cabbage rolls are soft.
