Egg And Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    16 oz. Swiss cheese
    8 eggs
    2 - 5 oz. evaporated milk
    1 can mushrooms
    1 diced onion
Preparation
    Press hash browns into 13 x 9 inch pan.
    Bake 15 minutes in 350 degree oven.
    Fry sausage.
    Spread on top of hash browns.
    Spread cheese on top.
    Mix together eggs, milk, mushrooms and onions, and pour on top.
    Put back in oven and bake at 350 degrees until eggs are set.
