Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. canned pumpkin
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 1/4 tsp. ginger
1/16 tsp. ground cloves
1/16 tsp. mace or nutmeg
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Heat pumpkin in saucepan over moderate heat for 10 minutes until somewhat dry, stirring frequently.
Stir in butter.
Mix together sugars, salt and spices; mix with hot pumpkin.
Beat eggs slightly; add evaporated milk and water and gradually stir into pumpkin mixture.
Pour into a 9-inch shell.
Bake at 475\u00b0 for 10 minutes and at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
