Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 large egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Break up sausage and brown in skillet.
    Drain grease when no longer pink.
    Mix Bisquick, cheese and sausage with a fork.
    Beat together remaining ingredients and add to sausage and Bisquick. Blend well with your hands.
    Shape into balls.
    Place on baking sheet and flatten slightly.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Good party hors d'oeuvre or breakfast item.
