Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. Mazola oil
    2 c. sugar
    5 egg yolks
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can coconut
    5 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream margarine and oil.
    Add sugar and beat until smooth. Add egg yolks and beat well.
    Combine flour and soda together and add to egg yolk mixture.
    Add buttermilk, vanilla, coconut and nuts.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Pour batter in three 8-inch pans.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Add Cream Cheese Frosting.
